Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation 45+ days prior to your arrival, your deposit is refundable, less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel 45 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. The exception to the non-refundable deposit is if you book a different week in 2009 or 2010 (if available), and provide full payment for the changed date, at the time of change.
