Although Hacienda Pura Vista has three floors, the first floor, which has a bedroom with one queen size bed, a bathroom, and a kitchen with a breakfast nook suitable for a temporary queen size airbed, is normally occupied by the owner.

Occasionally, however, this floor can be available for rent when conditions permit. If desired, please do not hesitate to inquire about this option.

The second floor consists of a large open living, dining, and an expansive kitchen area that offers incredible views out of every window, a large LCD flat screen TV and a home entertainment system complete with a satellite receiver, a DVD/CD player, and MP3 for listening or watching your own entertainment, sumptuous living room furniture, and a dining table and bar that can sit up to 12 persons, with a half bath serving this area. Two bedrooms, each with two full size beds and private bathrooms are also on this floor, both also offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside or the Pacific Ocean.

The third floor is composed of a large bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, a futon, and a sitting area that incorporates a TV with satellite reception and a DVD/CD player, a large bathroom, and a small bedroom adjoining with a full size bed. The views from this floor are quite simply extraordinary.

A maximum of 12 guests are allowed when the second and third floors are rented together.

All floors have separate entries. Each of the top two floors has large covered decks that completely surround the house, equipped with plenty of hammocks and outdoor furnishings for your relaxing pleasure. Regardless of the weather you can always find a comfy area outside. Additionally, a large upper observation deck, again with a separate entry, is incorporated in the house design and offers truly spectacular views to all compass points. The sunsets, along with the star filled sky on clear nights from this vantage point, are quite frankly, simply mind blowing!
