The property extends across seven secluded acres of land, with over 400 feet of private beach. Seascape\'s position and landscaping keep it private and unseen from the road.
The estate is comprised of four separate buildings. The main house has a modern kitchen and a spacious great room for relaxing or playing a hand of the local game of choice, dominos. Three individual guest houses, each with a bedroom, full bath, air conditioning and individual outdoor shower connect to the main house (and one another) via a deck.
The main building houses Seascape\'s great room and modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular ocean views and cool breezes.
The great room is an ideal location for chatting with friends and family, curling up with a good book or enjoying a Kalik (the beer of the Bahamas) before dining on the deck. The great room is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, Internet connectivity and a games chest.
Seascape\'s modern kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, gas grill, dishwasher and of course, a blender for fresh pina coladas.
To reserve your vacation we require payment one half the total rent; your rental will not be reserved until payment is received. The payment is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the time period you reserved. Payment of the balance is due 60 days prior to your rental date.

A US $500 security deposit is due at the time of payment to reserve your rental. Security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory check out.
