Sleeps: 9This elegant 4-bedroom semi-detached ‘villa’ stands proud on a high ridge overlooking spectacular countryside in the historic region of Óbidos on the Silver Coast of Portugal.
The house itself sits within one thousand square metres of land and comprises 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and open plan sitting /dining room. Outside is a purpose built brick barbeque, spacious courtyard, separate garage and a large swimming pool at the top of a long, well tended garden. There is ample parking for up to three cars.
The house and all facilities within are new. Bedding and linen is provided. The kitchen has all modem appliances that include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven as well as microwave, toaster and kettle. The cupboards house enough crockery and cutlery for up to 12 settings.
I live in Obidos where I manage my two rental properties. I am a Safety Trainer for Flight and Cabin crew.

Eating out is cheap, on average E20 per head for a 3 course meal with excellent wine.
Rates shown are for a minimum stay of 6 nights (7 days). A deposit of 250 Euros is required at time of booking, this is to secure the booking. Cancellation of booking up to 2 weeks prior to date of intended holiday = loss of deposit.
