This clean, cozy, modern 2500+ sq feet cottage sleeps ten. Living room amenities include: TV, DVD player, VCR, board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and all cooking utensils. We also have a full-sized washer and dryer. For some outdoor cooking, you\'ll find a gas grill with a patio set. The beach is one of the best on the lake. Located only 2 lots away from the boat launch on Little Bear Lake. The location provides easy access for your boat or Jet Skies. A paddleboat, and two kayaks are included for your enjoyment. Life jackets are included and are required when using these watercraft. And yes there is a fire pit for those great camp fires at night.
