This unique, comfortable vacation home is located directly on the beach on the quiet east end of the island, perfect for beachcombing, walking, playing on the beach and in the surf, or just getting away from it all hanging out on the deck enjoying the sights and sounds of the gentle waves caressing the beach. The house features an open design with a huge master bedroom, another large bedroom, and a loft upstairs with balconies overlooking the two-story living room with two walls of top-to-bottom windows for incredible views of the ocean and Shallotte inlet.

Ocean Isle Beach faces directly south in the middle of the Long Bay section of the Atlantuc coast making for mostly gentle surf and sunshine off of the ocean all day long. The town itself is quiet and family oriented, but with many golf courses and the more touristy attractions of Myrtle Beach a short drive away. Also a short drive away is historic Southport and a short ferry ride across the Cape Fear river is Ft. Fisher and the fort Fisher aquarium. Across and up the river from Southport is the historic seaport town of Wilmington.

There are decks and porches on the ocean side of the house on both levels and porches on both levels of the backside of the house accessible from the three bedrooms on that side of the house. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and a dryer, and central heat/air.
