It is our goal to rent to trusted friends family and acquaintances and have you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay. We know you'll enjoy the spacious floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family. Whether your here to have fun in the sun or to catch the "big one", this is the house for a great vacation. Bring Linens for 2 queens, 1 double and 1 twin bed, bed spreads, blankets, & pillows are provided.
Bring towels, toilet paper any paper products, trash bags. Dishwasher and laundry soap. If you would like to reserve a week, please give us a call and we will pencil you in if the week is open. We ask that you send half of the rent once we confirm your week. You may prepay the whole amount at that time if you choose. The second half, along with your security deposit, will be due 4 weeks before your scheduled week. The cottage will be checked and cleaned after your departure and assuming everything is in good order and the keys have been returned your security deposit will be returned.
