The apartment is on the second and top floor of a traditional country house crowned with its own tower and dovecote.The main rooms face full south with uninterrupted views-though the thick walls keep inside temperatures pleasantly cool.The kitchen and laundry room look onto the small side street where the entry is.The house is very close to the church and town hall,in the upper part of the town.Open-air,in-house parking is available though parking in the surrounding streets is not a problem.
 
Llagostera is the largest township in the Southern Gironés district.The village proper has some 5000 inhabitants and its hilltop location provides breathtaking views over farmland and meadows to the mountains beyond.160 m² apartment with 30m² balcony in completely renovated character building 14km from Costa Brava beaches,20km from Girona and 90 km from Barcelona.

Terms & Conditions

The apartment is rented out on a weekly basis. Rates quoted are given for 6 people maximum occupancy. Cleaning costs are included.

Reservations will only take effect after payment of 25% of the rental price. The balance is due at least a month before the planned date of arrival.
