Description

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on second floor of building with elevators faces the turquoise Caribbean sea and has great views of the ocean and pools. It is one of the largest 2 bedroom units in Magia, and is on the preferred west side of the building. Refurbished in 2016 with all new furnishings and conveniences. Large, private balcony off kitchen and living room faces the pools and Caribbean waters. Both bedrooms also have private balconies. Both balconies have new, comfortable lounge furniture.
 
Condo is 1400 sq feet with two large living rooms off the kitchen. One living room is set up with large couch, the other with pull-out sofa beds. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom can be set up as a king-sized bed or 2 twins, whichever you prefer.  Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bedrooms are large and have closets and seating, black out drapes, and floor to ceiling windows facing west.
 
The large kitchen with eating area is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a marble table with chairs. Lots of natural light from wall of floor to ceiling windows facing east.
 
202B has marble floors and granite countertops, high ceilings, smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, DVD player, international cable TV, wireless Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, safes in each bedroom,  bottled water and more. Two complimentary parking spaces in the underground garage are included. High end quality bedding, iron, ironing board. Bathrooms include towels, hair dryers, and magnified make-up mirrors.  Zoned AC with controls and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room.
 
On the acre plus common area, Magia Beach has 2 pools with a spacious outdoor area that includes a bar and fitness center, and open green space with lush tropical vegetation and chic seating areas.
 
Guests receive complimentary beach chairs at Indigo Beach Club, located at El Taj Ocean, complimentary use of The Gym, located at Porto Playa as well as fitness center at Magia, daily maid service, 24 hour front desk and security, concierge services, discounts at any of our three restaurants and more. Please note that not all units in Magia offer the above amenities. We operate as a condo hotel with all the advantages of a condo and all the amenities of a hotel.
 
Magia is 1 block from world famous 5th Avenue, Playa del Carmen's main street. La Quinta, as it is also called, runs parallel to the shore and is a pedestrian walkway for almost 3 miles. The avenue is lined with an assortment of restaurants, shops, bars, making it one of the best nightlife spots in the Mexico. As Frommer’s says, "it seems as if everyone in town is out strolling along La Quinta until midnight."You’ll find everything from Mexican, French, and Italian restaurants (with Italian chefs), Starbucks, and Haagen Daz to Michael Kors store, Nike store, to souvenir shops.
 
Major supermarkets are a quick 5 block walk (take a cab back for a few pesos or dollars) that have everything you need to stock the condo.
 
Playa del Carmen is the major city in the Riviera Maya, a 120 km shore line with beautiful landscape and beaches. This area, stretching from Puerto Morelos through Carrillo Puerto (in the heart of the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve) to Punta Allen, is full of attractions including snorkeling, Mayan ruins, underground rivers, cenotes and more. How to reach

Fly into Cancun and take a 35 minute ride south or fly into the island of Cozumel and take a 30 minute ferry-boat ride to Playa

Beautiful Spacious Condo Near Everything


The condo was very large and well kept. It had everything you could want or need. It was just a block from 5th Ave and the beach. The grounds and pool were well kept too. We never had to get in a cab because it was close to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. I only gave 3 stars for the category of \"Communication with the Property Manager\" because I don\'t know who that might have been. The only negative was that we were not made aware of checking in at a different hotel and we arrived at 7:00pm. The glass doors only open if you have a code. We did not have a code. Finally some people came out and we took advantage of the open doors and ran in and found a worker who told us we had to go across the street to the other hotel and check in. There was one other issue with the open air bar across the street. They have a live band that starts at 9:00pm and it gets pretty loud when you are trying to sleep. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay at Magia Beach Condos.

All good here


We did a girls trip here and it was great. Andreas checked us in and he was helpful the whole time. Condo was clean and quiet and had security. The only complaint that I would have is that we couldn’t talk on the balcony after 8pm and no one was around. We were not loud and didn’t have music on and were still asked by security to go inside 2 different nights. Overall, great experience. I would go back.

Beautiful condo; great location!


Beautiful condo. Two spacious bedrooms (each with king beds) and bathrooms in a secured building right off the beach AND 5th avenue. Loved our stay in this beautifully decorated condo with a the large balcony and pool area. Front desk and all staff were GREAT too! You will not be disappointed and happy you picked this place!!

Fantastic Time Once Again in Playa Del Carmen !!!!


This was my first time staying at Magia Playa Beach and I was not disappointed ! The condo is spacious (five adult women sharing), immaculate, view to die for of the Golf of Mexico and so close to everything. The pool area is large with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Some of us like shade. Very attentive to detail. It seems like their was always someone trying to help make our stay more enjoyable. Just go out the front door and you are steps to the beach or to 5th Avenue for shopping. You can find everything from high end stores to traditional souvenirs made in Mexico The restaurant choices far exceeded my expectations. Couldn\'t have dined better ..from fresh fish to authentic Mexican dining to French cuisine and we finished our day at the corner gelato shop ! The owner was easy to work with and so helpful. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Looking forward to returning !!!!!!!

My return visit to Magia Playa Beach


This trip was my second stay at Magia in the last six months. I was so impressed with the accommodations of the unit on my last trip, we made it a \"girls trip\" this time. There were 5 women in our group and all were as amazed as I was with the property. The unit is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view of the ocean takes your breath away ! The ability to walk to everything we wanted from groceries to fabulous restaurants makes this a destination I will return to and recommend to others. The staff at Magia and those involved in our reservation assured that our needs were met and certainly exceeded our expectations. I am already looking ahead to a return trip to this paradise!
