Sleeps: 3As you enter the art studio through the front of the barn you take a sharp right, up the stairs. When you reach the top you are in for a surprise....The balcony (off the kitchen) is a great spot in the summer for breakfast! There is a beautiful view of the bay, our gardens, Blue Hill, and the ferry going back and forth to the island of Islesboro. The kitchen is fully supplied for real cooking, or quick snacks. There is a micro-wave oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc. In the eating area is a built in single bed. In the living room area is a queen size bed. The Beach Loft sleeps three maximum but is ideal for two. There are plenty of cozy areas to relax in. The apartment sleeps three people maximum but there is plenty of room for visitors. There is a Television and a V.C.R with a supply of childrens movies. If you like to read there is literature as well as junky beach books. There is a roomy bathroom with a nice shower.

All rates subject to 7% lodging tax.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with signed lease to confirm reservation.
Balance: The balance is due on arrival plus a 10% security deposit which will be returned 14 days after departure if there is no damage, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellation: If you cancel because of an emergency we will try to rent the Apt. for the dates you reserved. If we succeed we will return your deposit, minus a $125 processing fee.
