The cottage is about 20 minutes drive from Perth City Centre and is situated near the surrounds of delightful lakes and parklands in the Ballajura Estate. It is very much nearer to the airport and the city than other resort locations like Joondalup. The four bedroom vacation rental cottage offers convenience, easy access to bus services, and the Woolworths Supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away. Located within walking distance from beautiful parklands and the Emu Lake, this is a nice location. Or take Beach Road right down to the beaches. The Emu Lake at the Ballajura Lakes Estate is full of wild life. Watch the wild birds, ducks and Pelicans, cultured garden beds and wild flowers as you take a relaxing stroll along the beautiful lakeshore. There are Carps if you like fishing. Entrance to Emu Lake is at Lakeshore Close, turn left at the T-junction then walk down the path beside the large park along the lake shore.
