Cape By The Lake is a 1 acre property attached to 18 acres of wooded family owned land. The home is located across the street from beautiful Upper Suncook Lake in Barnstead, NH. Your rental includes lake access and 20 feet of dock space with a short walk (approx 200 yards and less then a 2 minute walk across the quiet country street). There is plenty of dock space for your boat and or canoes/kayaks. A beautiful town beach and picnic area is a short drive or walk from Cape By The Lake (approx 1/2 mile). Swimming is possible in your rented space. Our property has a vast outdoor space, perfect for camping and yard games. We have a large wrap around front deck and a very nice area for cooking out (outdoor gas grill provided). We have a seasonal firepit and plenty of campfire wood is available for $5.00 a bundle.
Centrally located in New Hampshire's lakes region, Cape By The Lake is the perfect spot to start your seasonal vacation. Enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom and 1 large bathroom cape. Our bedrooms are nicely appointed with new rustic log cedar beds. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. A fold up twin bed is available upon request for extra guests or children. Our home can comfortably sleep five adults. Our renovated living room has beautiful leather furniture and a wide screen LCD TV over the stone fireplace. Our large renovated kitchen has all the charm and amenities of home. Our large, newly renovated bathroom features a new glass corner shower and jacuzzi tub.
