Thyme in the Country is an 1880’s farmhouse situated on five pastoral acres in the heart of Columbia County, NY. Experience the peace and comfort of our country farmhouse where sustainable and green principles are incorporated into our lifestyle and the benefits are passed on to our guests. Our elegant yet simple breakfasts are
mostly organic, often featuring seasonal local produce harvested from our own organic garden. We serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, freshly baked breads and side dishes, fresh fruits and juices along with fair trade coffees and teas. If you would like a light dinner waiting for you on your arrival - or would like a night off during your stay - we can cook a casserole or a hearty soup made from organic ingredients served with crusty bread, salad, dessert and tea for $25 per person.
