More than just a simple chalet, it is an enchanting place where family and friends can gather together. ``The Cottage`` is a magnificent chalet with two floors, situated on top of a hill, offering a panoramic view of the natural surroundings and the Henault Lake. It is a large private property situated on top of a hill, offering a calm atmosphere with easy access to the Henault Lake. The chalet is located in the Lanaudiere Region in the Village of Mandeville, approximately an hour and a half outside Montreal. It is fully furnished for your comfort, and can accommodate up to seven people comfortably.

The chalet has the following to offer: A well lit living room along with a fireplace; One master bedroom on the first floor; One bedroom on the second floor; Den on the second floor with an extra bed; Fully equipped kitchen with dinning table; Fully equipped bathroom on the first floor. In addition you have access to the following: Three double beds and one single bed; Complete linens and towels provided; Fire wood for heating; Satellite T.V. and DVD player; Radio and CD player; Stove, refrigerator and micro-wave; Washer and dryer; Hair dryer, iron and ironing board; Many different types of games.
A down payment of 20% (of the total rent) will be required in order to officially reserve the cottage. Payments may be made either by cash or cheque. The keys of the cottage will be made available when you firstly arrive at the chalet and the remaining balance will also be due once the keys have been handed over.
A security deposit of $200 is required the first day of arrival. The security deposit will be given back on the day of departure after a visual check has been made. If necessary, the cost of the repairs and maintenance will be deducted from the security deposit.
A full week (7 nights) starts on Friday and ends the following Friday. The check-in time is after four o’clock in the afternoon, and the check-out time is before one o’clock in the afternoon. Please note that a full week stay may only be booked to begin on a Friday.
