This beautiful condominium is unique in that it is only one of two units in the building and all the living areas are on one level. It has an elevator as well as convenient garage parking. The top unit of this condo provides a nice view of the ocean and a wonderful porch to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes.
For those who have never been to St. Simons, it is truly a vacationers paradise. It is a unique, relaxing, family friendly place to visit. The beach across the street tends to be a lot less crowded then the public beach access near the Coast Guard Station (East Beach) however it is necessary to check the tide charts as there is virtually no beach available at high tide.
While we rent our condo, it is also our home away from home and we hope that you and your family will enjoy all of the features that we have provided for ours.
It is very conveniently located about half way between East Beach and the St. Simons village and pier area. The famous King and Prince resort is just a few blocks away as well as several well known St. Simons eating establishments.
