The house is located on Sage Lake - the best lake in the county. The past three years there has been a fireworks display directly transversely the lake from the house, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your 4th of July. This year the fireworks are on July 4th. This all sports lake is 784 acres of pure water fun. You can fish, swim, tube, jet ski, water-ski, wakeboard, kayak, or just relax and float around on the 25 foot Pontoon Boat that is included with this rental(when available). Also there is a wonderful bar/eating place called Kenyon's that has the best pizza directly on the lake. It is only a short boat ride away.
Lake views are spectacular from this 1600 square foot house that sleeps nine adults and has two levels. The house is positioned on one acre of land with 89 feet of water frontage. only just renovated, the house has brand new appliances, carpet, tile, bathtub and paint. All linens and kitchen equipment is included.
