Welcome to West Wind Cottages! We are located in Northeast Michigan, approximately 22 miles south of Alpena on the west side of the crystal clear waters of Hubbard Lake.
We offer cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, lake front cottage rentals on the largest inland lake in Northeast Michigan. It spans 7 miles long, 3 miles wide, with over 8800 acres of deep spring-fed water for the swimming, boating, and fishing enthusiasts. Or, for the nature lover, you'll be absorbed by the scenic beauty among the lush forests and rolling hills of Alcona County. Hunters will enjoy the plentiful deer, turkey, waterfowl, small game hunting nearby. Golfers can be challenged by several nearby courses
