Reservations:
We require a two night minimum stay.(Single night reservations may be accepted but there is a $25 surcharge per room.)
We require a payment of $100 to secure your reservation and we require the balance be paid in full upon arrival.
All payments must be by check, cash or money order.
Cancellations:
All secured reservations will be assessed a $25 service charge per room if cancelled anytime up to two weeks prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled after two weeks prior to arrival,you forfeit
your deposit.
For holiday and/or multiple room reservations, we require three weeks notice to refund your deposit less the $25 service charge per room.
We will not be responsible for weather,late arrivals or early departures
The Rose Room: $180 weekend, $160 weekday per night (This room can accommodate up to two extra people at $25 weekend, $20 weekday per person per night.)
The Gold Room: $160 weekend,$140 weekday per night
The Magnolia Room: $140 weekend,$120 weekday per night
The Green Room: $120 weekend,$100 weekday per night
