From our central location, you can enjoy fine dining in a restored hacienda, stroll the colonial boulevard of Paseo Montejo, tour ancient Mayan ruins like Chichen Itza and Uxmal, or relax on the beach at Progreso. Our friendly staff will clean your laundry, direct you to a restaurant or help you plan a day trip. We are dedicated to making your extended stay or relocation in Merida convenient, comfortable and enjoyable.
Deluxe rooms include 2 beds, a fridge and microwave. Residence suites have living rooms, full kitchens and bedrooms with attached baths. We require a $300 USD deposit to be returned upon checkout. Cable TV, gas, water service and wireless Internet are included in the rate. Electricity is billed to the tenant. Maid service is available at additional cost. Monthly rates are for complete months only and are not divisible into daily rates.
Daily rates require a two-night minimum stay. All services included, except telephone. Prices are for double occupancy. Additional guest $10 USD per night. The telephone service rate is 0.30 cents USD for local calls. The cost of long distance calls will vary. Payment is required in advance upon arrival for monthly or overnight stays.
