The name Nasha Dacha means "our country house" in Russian. Three of the four owners emigrated from the former Soviet Union and the nickname stuck and became part of the home's charm!
Nestled in the hills of the Poconos, just 20 minutes from the charming town of Milford, lies Nasha Dacha. Built in the early 1800's, the house has been completely rehabbed from the modern, stylish exterior to the lush and private grounds. Philadelphia interior design firm, Busybee Design, worked diligently to reclaim the old features while adding a modern twist to this country retreat. Perched just 50 feet from Bushkill Creek, the house is situated on a dead end dirt road and has a feeling of complete isolation while still just minutes away from all the conveniences of businesses on Rt 209.
This spectacular home is a truly unique oasis to be enjoyed by couples, friends, and families. Nasha Dacha offers everything one could want in a summer, spring, winter and fall. The beauty is here year round.
