The Orca Haven condo is approximately 700 square feet, occupying the ocean side ground floor of a single family home in Point Roberts. You will have a private entrance and private patio, approximately 400 square feet in size along with your own hot tub, barbeque, patio table and chairs. The patio opens up to a lawn area that borders a community owned private beach.
The condo consists of a full kitchen and living area with a spacious, open feel. The kitchen is bright and has all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, as well as utensils (linens and cleaning products are provided). The fully carpeted living area features a brick floor to ceiling fireplace with a wood burning airtight stove. Large flat screen satellite TV, DVD, VHS, and a stereo system are also included for your enjoyment. The bedroom has one queen sized bed, full closet, and bathroom ensuite.
This accommodation is more suited for two persons, as it is a one bedroom only. Four people could be accommodated however it is not recommended. Extra bedding would be required so please call us in advance to discuss this option. Please note that there is no telephone provided in the condo. However, cell phones work with services varying depending on your carrier. High speed wireless internet access provided.
