Our standard size condos rent by owner and sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living area. This condo is individually owned, and has custom design features. From etched glass artwork, signed by the artist, to hickory floors, granite countertops and more, every condo at the Mountain Inn is truly a unique masterpiece.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
All reservations secured by credit card. Your card will be charged at the time of check-in, and your receipt will be emailed to you after your checkout. Credit card information is required to hold your reservation. If you neglect to return your condo key, we will charge your card to cover the cost of lock and key replacement. On occasion, such as a holiday or event weekend, full payment may be required at the time of reservation, at the condo owner’s discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests must cancel your reservation 48 hours (winter) or 72 hours (summer) prior to your reservation, or their credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Guests must also give the same amount of notice to decrease the number of nights reserved. In the event of a no-show, guests will be charged for the full reservation.
