Our daughter has always called this "the Ferry Boat house" because she can watch the ferries as they go to and from their destinations. The house has an amazing view of the Bay and the mountains, and is a block away from the main staircase leading down to the waterfront area. It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom home with a large kitchen, full bath, livingroom and formal diningroom. The mainfloor bedroom has a queen size bed and the upstairs bedrooms have full size beds. Outside there is a large deck with plenty of room for entertaining and enjoying the fabulous view of the sound. The view is also available from the kitchen, DR, and upstairs rooms.
The house is a block away from Chapel Bay, two blocks from Aldrich's Market, Lanza's Ristorante and many other fabulous places to eat and relax. The local Farmers market is just up the street and is held Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.
