This beautifully situated, spacious hillside villa has stunning panoramic mountain views. Only 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport the villa is set in one acre of garden planted with fruit trees.
There are two terraces on different levels with a private swimming pool (40x 20 ft), a barbeque, sun loungers, umbrellas, swing seat and tables and chairs for al fresco meals.
The entrance to the villa on the top terrace leads into a spacious open plan reception room including a dining area, sitting-room with an open log fire and satellite TV. A bar and kitchen area are adjoining. The flooring of the villa is tiled throughout in a neutral shade, with some rugs and the walls are all painted white. The roof is typically Algarvian with the local type of attractive chimney.
The fitted kitchen has a window over the sink, a dishwasher and two fridges. It is well supplied with crockery, glasses, pans and other cooking utensils. The cooker has an electric oven and a gas hob.
A maid (Maria or her daughter Manuela) comes in every day (except weekends and Saints days) to clean the villa and there is a gardener called Joao who takes care of the garden, and cleans the pool and barbeque when used.
There are five good size bedrooms, two with double beds and three with twin beds. The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and there is a bathroom next door. The other double bedroom, which is on the lower level, down some stairs, has a bathroom en-suite. The bedroom and bathroom windows overlook the garden.
One of the twin bedrooms is alongside the pool and there is an ironing and store room with a clothes washing machine on this level. The other twin bedroom, which is large with fitted wardrobes, is on the higher terrace.
