Recently remodeled, Condo #7106 is oceanfront, with commanding views of Mismaloya beach, the Night of the Iguana penninsula, open ocean and fantastic sunsets year-round!

Condo #7106 has been recently remodeled, featuring marble floors, granite kitchen and modern furnishings. It is perfect for 2 persons in one bedroom, with a sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 small children. It is also right next door to a large open area, with a shaded outdoor Jacuzzi. This open area and jacuzzi are away from the main pool area, and not used by many people, so it\'s almost like it\'s your own private outdoor area!

Set within the Condos La Jolla de Mismaloya complex, Mismaloya Beach Condo is in the far western tower #7, which has only rocks and ocean below, rather than the public pool areas in front of Towers 5 and 6. This location provides a nice quiet enjoyment of the view, with the sound of the ocean surf below.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern SS appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, etc and the bathrooms and bedroom have towels/full linens, with maid service 3 times a week, included in the rate.

The condo complex is very well known in the area, as it sits uniquely on one side of the cove, facing the Night of the Iguana peninsula, offering great coastal views, as well as beach and ocean views and fantastic sunset views year-round!

In addition to the lighted tennis court, oceanfront pool, 2 outdoor Jacuzzis and 2 indoor gyms, there is an on-site outdoor restaurant, great for outdoor dining as well as providing room service for the condos. Room service is a very nice feature for those occasional quiet nights.

Mismaloya beach is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, and there is a direct access walking path from the pool area to the sand of Mismaloya beach. The best feature of Mismaloya Beach Condo is the view and location. You are only 15 minutes from downtown, but in the tropical paradise of Mismaloya Beach and cove, a smaller, quieter beach and very laid back area, while still having the services of a hotel, with the privacy on a condo.
