Description:

  • The penthouse has one bedroom with queen size bed, a living room with tall windows for a panorama few over the Rhine-Main-Valley; additional two people can reside by using the pull-out sofa bed by surcharge.
  • The compact modern kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with i.e. a refrigerator, electric kitchen stove, microwave and coffee machine.
  • The bathroom is equipped with WC, sink, a shower and a washing machine. The floor heating system and the towel radiator provide the room with warmth.
  • The big panorama roof terrace can be entered over the bedroom and the living room. It is furnished with garden chairs, table and barbeque.
  • The apartment is applicable for business travelers who require private atmosphere as well as for for people looking for recreation with demand for standard
  • The penthouse is for non smokers only.
  • The penthouse suite is a separate housing unit of a modern architects house completed in 2002, awarded with 4 stars**** by the German Tourist Club (DTV).
  • The house is embedded in a quiet green neighborhood in one of the most coveted streets in town. 
  • The penthouse has easy access to main traffic links and is located on the quiet hillside of the city, between Frankfurt/Main and Wiesbaden (freeway, shuttle-train, airport 15 min).
  • A high leisure time quality is guarantied. A network of hiking and biking trails through the Taunus hills is just behind the house. Horseback riding and golfing is being offered close by. Fitness and wellness goals can be reached in the "Rhein-Main-Therme".
