This apartment is one of the few in Ilbono with a sandy beach right in front.
Domus Loi offers two master suites, 2 guest bedrooms with their own baths, a media room, and an open living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen area that unwraps to a huge covered lanai adjacent to the infinity pool. Each bedroom, as well as the living and media rooms, has a superior audio system that can take individual iPod music selections.
Guests can pleasure in kayaking and snorkeling only steps away in pristine clear coral reefs where Humpback whales come to breed and the sea turtles reside year round.

Dear People, My name is Gianni Franceschi, born in Lanusei Sardinia. At the age of 18 years I came to The Netherlands where since 1976 I\'m working for The Dow Chemical Company in Terneuzen. Beside my own job, I began renting some houses of family and good friends of mine. The owner on place, will welcome you with open arms. Though, I do have all the responsibility for a smooth and proper running of your vacation and as intermediary \'tween you and the owner of the property.
Payment Terms: Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your booking request you have to pay 30% of the total rent deposit. On arrival at your vacation home, the balance due has to be paid to the owner.
Cancellation 9 months to three weeks time before arriving 30% of the total rate payable. If canceled less than the above term is 50% of the total rate payable.
Regarding a withdrawl of your booking in case of serious illness, we can make an agreement that only 15% of the total amount will be paid from your side. Although when demonstrable with an authentic and signed medical certificate (no copies), which can be sent to us for further verification.

Ogliastra is a beautiful natural theatre that opens from the mountains of \"Supramonte\", on the border with Barbargia, towards the central-eastern Sardinian coast. The name comes for \"Olivastro\", the local wild olive three. Ogliastra is know and admired for its magnificent coastal area, all surrounded by mountains and cliffs, and for some of the most untouched coast of Italy. Getting to Ogliastra: There is a small airport in Arbatax which has a few flights operating, if you are lucky and get a flight here then it would be the easiest way to get to Ogliastra. Another way to get here would be by the sea through the port of Arbatax since it is enjoyable and beautiful. There are buses operating in Ogliastra, however, they might take a little longer since the province is a little further than the rest of the places in Sardinia. The best way to reach Ogliastra would be by road since the highways are extremely scenic. Highways from Cagliari, Oblia, Alghero and Nuoro all connect to Ogliastra, and the routes are some of the most scenic in Italy making it a very enjoyable experience.
