Description

This is a charming, friendly house town right on the New Smyrna Beach. It is quite common to see deer wandering down the street or standing in a farmer's field. The House is the perfect location for easy access to explore and enjoy Florida.

The main Guest House sleeps up to eight people with three bedrooms and 2 baths. For parties of more than 8 guests, we offer access to two more bedrooms and another 1/2 bath. We have a superb dining room and library area, separate TV room, included wrap around decks, and a kitchen stacked with cooking sutures ready for your use.

Summer activities involve white-water rafting, fishing and hunting, llama trekking, hiking and camping. During the summer and tumble we also have extensive flower gardens, fruit orchards, and a swimming pond at the back of the property. During the winter, delight in snowmobile trail riding access directly from the house.

Enjoy relaxing on the up or downstairs deck on our wrap around porches, staring at the awesome views or taking in the clear starlit skies with nothing but the sound of crickets and the breeze rustling through the nearby trees.

The House vacation rental rates $450 per night. Charges are subject to change with no notice.

There is an additional $35.00 damage waiver, on top of rates, tax and cleaning. This damage waiver is in lieu of a $500 security deposit. Should you choose to pay the $500 security deposit, instead, it will be returned to you (assuming no damages to the home), within two weeks after departure.

A reservations deposit of $500 is required and will accept Visa or Master Card. Deposits are collected on every unit rented, all year round. Reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Please send your personal check payable to Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. Quoted rates do not include daily maid or linen service. Daily maid service is available upon request at reasonable rates based on unit size. (Sorry! No refunds for early departures).

Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 90-days prior to your arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $85 cancellation fee.
