Mistral is a brand-new, Non-Smoking, cottage-style home with five bedrooms and three baths that sleeps up to thirteen on three levels in two queens, one full, three twins, one queen sleeper and one full sleeper.
It\'s tastefully decorated in a West Indies and Hemingway style of wicker, and tan overstuffed furniture with designer ceramic tile floors that reflects that kick-back, easy living feeling of summers at the beach that you\'ve always dreamed about.
Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing on the gas grill. An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach.
A community pool immediately behind the back yard is great for families with kids that need some close supervision and those occasional diversions from the beach. TVs/DVD/VCRs, Play Station 2 with games and Cable Internet Access provide plenty of diversions for those occasional rainy days.
Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin or Destin. Across the street is Goat Feathers, a great seafood restaurant, and other great restaurants, shopping boutiques, summer concerts, artist fairs and continuous entertainment options on the \"Green at Gulf Place Caribbean are just a short walk or golf cart ride on the bike path.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. We will not rent to groups of singles under the age of 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments and a possible request to vacate the premises
$50 pet fee if applicable; 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form and will receive a 3.5% discount. Major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.
