Beautifully remodeled! This beautiful executive apartment has panoramic white water views of St.Moritz. Views are from deck and from house. From the moment you walk in the bay spreads before you. The great room has walnut floors with an arched ceiling, slate fireplace with heat-a-later, and sliding doors onto the deck.
The apartment has one bedrooms and one baths. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a marble bathroom with double vanity, rain shower, and sliding door to deck. There is a queen-sized bed, built-in shelving and dressers and a flat screen TV. All rooms are beautifully adorned, and have down comforters.
The apartment has accommodations for up to six people. There is also a washing machine and dryer and new full size refrigerator. Kitchen has all new appliances with gas cook top. The apartment is wood shake and has a large circular drive. It also has a large deck with outdoor furniture.
This wonderful beach apartment is a short drive to Walgreens drugstore, Supermarkets, Bakery, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Apple bee and many other fast food restaurants close by.
The apartment vacation rental rates $165 per night.
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 2 P.M AND CHECK-OUT IS 12 pm unless otherwise agreed.
2. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
3. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the room
rent.
4. CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival
date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a
shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit
the full advance payment. Cancellation or
early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
5. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one
hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a
change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90)
days prior to check-in.
6. MINIMUM STAY is three days. If a rental
is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night
rate.
7. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees
are included in the rental rate.
8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the
unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is
available at an additional rate. We do
not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
10. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense
will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must
be approved in writing in advance.
