The condo has three bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. One bedroom has a King Bed the other has two queen Beds. There is a den upstairs with a comfy sitting area with sofa, desk, overstuffed chair and a flat screen LCD TV.
It attributes a fully stocked kitchen with wonderful chestnut hardwood floors, granite counters, walnut cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area which seats six and a sunken living room with wood burning fireplace and big screen TV.
The condo is quiet with parking right out front, a park up the road, stores nearby, a few steps from the free bus stop and skiing. Everything is so easy.
It can be rented all year around, on monthly, daily or weekly basis.

We have a no party policy as we are in a quiet neighborhood. We encourage quiet enjoyment. Rates are subject to change till a reservation is made. Also the rates are per unit.
Security Deposit: $300, will be returned one day after the departure of guest.
