Description

Step into this bright and spacious contemporary mountain house and you will be struck by the high-end finishes, such as wood floors, travertine bathroom flooring and a built-in sound system throughout.

As you enter the house the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD, PlayStation and gas fireplace is straight ahead. There is also a private balcony with awesome mountain views.

Next to the living room are a full kitchen and a dining table for ten guests. This impressive kitchen has countertops, two Bosch dishwashers, a Subzero refrigerator/freezer. There is also a microwave which doubles as a warming up drawer.

The bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with marble countertops and a shower/tub combo. There is also a washer and dryer. The bunk room has four twins and one full bed. The bathroom has a huge tub for soaking and a rain shower head. To accommodate all the guests in the bunk room, there is a half-bath as well.

This villa is located right in the Symi core, just steps from ski access, the gondola station and restaurants and shops. All villas have a private ski locker in the entry hallway at street level.

The villa vacation rental rates $2500 per week. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Breakage deposit: 10% of rental re-imbursed at departure less breakage/damage

Car: needs to be rented but we can help

Food and drink: Re-imbursed to housekeeper against receipts

Additional Rate details

If you need rates: 15 to 31 May and October: 2500€/week - June and September: 3000€/week, July,August: 3500€/week including housekeeper/cook, electricity, linen
