Called the Decks House because it has 5 decked areas. Smallest is 12 x 12 Deck. Large back yard overlooking the snack bar area, outside kitchen.

So besides getting 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and half bath, you also have 2 full kitchens, a nook kitchen, two large living rooms, and 3 sets of washer/dryers. Plus roof deck 25 x 25 with privacy fence. Covered Decks, 12 x 12, 20 x 25 decks, 40 x 25 decks with hammock & outside TV). The gazebo is designated as the Smoker's Circle.

This home is close to everything (movies, ice cream, sit-down restaurants or fast food, fresh fish store, sports bars, salons, bike rental, beauty shops, nail shops, massages, surf shops, as well as all other types of retail). And, did I mention 6 miles to beach, and 5 minutes to Historic Area. And 3 sit down walk to restaurants (Hispanic, Thai, Greek, or just home cooking).

We are 3 minutes to MUSC Harper wellness center, where you can spend the day (steam, sauna, pools, yoga, rumba classes, track, ratchet ball, etc.) for $15 a day for adults. We are also 3 minutes from James Island County Park with 'lazy river', splash mountain, etc. and of course the Ocean is 6 miles away.
