Ancient farmhouse of 1800, once owned by Sgaravatti (the most famous nurseries of Europe), the house was restored in 1975 by the current owners and it still retains the typical structure of the ancient Venetian farms. With its arcades, the stables, wine cellars, the farmyard, barns, well and entirely enclosed by a wonderful laurel hedge, the property creates a warm and quiet, timeless, far from the frantic pace of everyday life...
The villa is inserted in a beautiful park of 5 hectares and it has 1 km trail suitable for walking, jogging and biking. Adjacent to the villa, at right angles, there is the house where the owners reside.
The park overlooks the Euganei Hills and the mountains of the Asiago plateau, which in the clear winter days you can see the snowy peaks. It's dotted with groups of spruce, vigils, gestroemie, magnolias, palm trees, redwood trees, roses, beech trees, olive trees, cherry trees, plane trees, cedar deodorizes, a rose garden, a vineyard and a carp pond (a crossing and rest point for several species of birds).
In front of the south face there is a swimming pool and a small outbuilding in which you can use the barbecue, the dressing room and the bathroom; a few meters, guests can enjoy with tennis, table tennis, rowing and exercise bike.
The property offers a total of 8+4 beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a spacious living room with Sat Tv, three bathrooms, two double bedrooms and two matrimonial bedrooms. Upstairs a wonderful loft for 4 guests, it's composed with a double bedroom, a matrimonial bedroom and another bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, laundry room for guests and internet services in an arranged time.
Nearby (500 meters) there are: the bike path, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser, a bar-tobacco shop, bus stop and a restaurant where you can taste the famous Venetian cuisine. At only 2 km you can enjoy with the thermal center of Abano-Terme, at only 1 km there is Montegrotto station and the entrance for highway, at 10 km the center of Padua city. From the properties guests can easily reach Frassanelle Glof Club, Montecchio Golf Club and the Euganei Hills, a place of hours of excursions in the magnificent of nature.

The Euganean Thermal baths, with the two principal centres of Abano and Montegrotto can be the ideal place to find again oneâs own wellness and to spend a holiday in equilibrium and quietness. The secret is held by the warm water, salty-bromine-iodine, that originates from the uncontaminated basins of the Pre-alps and crosses over 50 years a 70-100 km distance, passing through the subsoil, where it reaches a temperature of 87°C and becomes rich of mineral Salts. In the SPA area the water can make a rapid ascent without practically unchanged both temperature and salinity. Our villa is very close to the famous SPA towns of Abano Terme and Montegrotto, two well-known villages since Roman times. The presence of ruins in this area confirms the importance that the place must have had at this time. The name\'s origin is attributed to Aponus, the god of hot springs. Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme are placed at the foot of Euganean Hills, cover the south-west part of the Province of Padua, immediately North of the town of Este and Monselice. They appear as huge green oasis that break the flat monotony of the Venetian Plain. At short distance there is the city of Padua. It hosts an ancient university and boasts several traces of a glorious cultural and artistic past, that make it a destination for tourists from all over the world. Today it stands as an important economic centre. Padua is furthermore worldwide well known as the town of Saint Anthony, the celebrated Portuguese Franciscan, who was born in Lisbon and then lived in Padua for a few years.
By car from North: highway A4 MilanoâPadua exit Ovest Padua, go ahead on the freeway in the direction of Padua. Continue on SP47 in the direction of Rovigo-Bologna, then take the exit towards Abano Terme-Montegrotto and continue on SS until you reach the village of Giarre. By car from South: highway A13 BolognaâPadua exit Terme Euganee, then continue on SS in the direction of Abano Terme - Montegrotto until you reach the village of Giarre.
