Also, there is an over-stuffed, incredibly comfortable futon mattress in the sunroom which can accommodate two additional guests. There are bi-fold doors on the sunroom which can near and make a second private bedroom.
If cookery creativity is your thing our gourmet kitchen, complete with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and state of the art microwave will fit the bill completely.

Fully furnished, all inclusive of utilities (Heating, hot water, A/C, wi-fi internet, 51'' plasma cable TV, telephone, etc...) PARKING: You have parking on the street just in front of the unit but you have to be careful with the resident signs space and of course it is downtown. But it is possible to leave your car on the street for a couple days if you are on the good side of the street for cleaning period. We have provided you Montreal information about the parking available in the unit.

Subway, 5 min. walking distance. You can park on street but of course it is downtown:) But you don\'t need a car. You will enjoy walk in the streets all around:) You have also to try the BIXI cheap rental bikes system all around Montreal:)
Montreal is very secure but like all other big cities, don\'t leave anything on your seat if you drive.
