Our rental is located in a great location and is fully stocked kitchen.We offer wifi, flat screen tv, private fenced in back yard and ample outdoor seatting with a hot tub and a gas grill. It is up to date on design and comfort. We are here to make your stay hassel free. All linen and towel's are supplied. WE ARE ALSO PET FRIENDLY!
Deposits: The $300.00 is a reservation as well as a damage deposit. The deposit will be held as a damage deposit as well as a reservation deposit. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection of the unit. We expect that the unit be in good, clean condition upon departure.. Your deposit will be returned within two week's of your departure.
Lodging Tax: 10%
Cleaning Fee: $125.00
Cancellations and Refunds: Your RESERVATION / DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $300 is non refundable if you cancel six week's prior to arrival. If we are able to fill in your spot, you will receive half of your deposit. Thank you !
Other Fees: OFF SEASON CLEANING FEE IS $75.00. NORMAL CLEANING RATE IS $125.00
