We offer you these rentals so you can enjoy your stay in Manila. Our condo is offered at rates far superior and flexible to Hotels or Condohotels. People who have rented our Condo in the past have done so for various reasons. Some for Family Reunions or just to have a relaxing vacation. However, they all have expressed great content and value for money.

All of our condos offer an ALL INCLUSIVE NIGHTLY PRICE. It includes Electricity, Gas, Cable TV, Internet access, Landline Phone (local only however you can buy prepay for International Calls). We think this is ideal and doesn\'t leave anybody with surprise billing when departing.

Amenities:

This Condo unit is on the 1st level of Portofino Building at East Ortigas Mansions. It\'s size is approximately 58 sq metre. One bedroom has 1 King size bed the other bedroom has double deck bed (Bunk). Both bedrooms have Air Conditioning. There is also a spare blow up mattress available if needed. Linens and bed coverings are provided. Also provided are ironing facilities.

The living area has a Leather Sofa, One 36\" flat screen TV with DVD Player and a Cooling fan. It has a landline Telephone which can be used for local calls (International call credit can be bought locally). Its kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking Range, with complete Cooking Utensils, & Dining sets. Its Dining Table has six chairs. For your convenience there is also a fully Automatic Washing Machine. Clothes drying can be done on the allocated decking area on the fifth floor.

We have installed DSL Internet Access, which is always on, and provide a Laptop and Printer in the main bedroom. In addition to that, the clubhouse is equipped with Wifi so you can take YOUR own Wifi enabled Laptop there and gain Internet Access.

Activities and Attractions:

The Clubhouse is just a few metres from our unit. At the Clubhouse there\'s a Swimming Pool, Gym, Billiard, Videoke room with big wide screen TV. There is also a Barbeque area at the roof deck of the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is open daily from 7am up to 11 pm. There is also a Small Playground, Bakery & Basketball Court on site.
