Description

Marriott Surf Club and Ocean Club - This is the Premier Time Share in Aruba and these villas are less than half of Marriott\'s rate.

The Surf Club has the lazy river and water slide plus a brand new adults only pool with 85 chairs to relax and read and sun. Called tthe Serenity Pool it is SO quiet!! We Loved it!

The Ocean Club is more oriented to adults while having lots of activities for all. It is next door to the hotel and casino and has a whole shopping area inside, along with the Mandara Spa. There is free WiFi in the villas also.

Many dates available in a 1 or 2 bedroom or studio villa at the Surf or Ocean Club which makes this a perfect vacation in a perfect location. Washer and dryer in the unit in the Surf and on the same floor at the Ocean, two balconies, DVD, high end granite counters and appliances, gorgeous master suite and extra bathroom for the second bedroom. Sleeps 8 using the sofa sleepers (or 4 in one bedroom or studio).

Prices vary depending on the season. The Ocean Club has just been totally remodeled with granite kitchens and black appliances, full glass frameless oversized showers, jacuzzi in the master suite, king bed and desk, chair and access to the lanai from both the master and the living room. Flat screen LCD tv\'s, round glass dining table plus chairs for the counter in the kitchen. The entire resort has been refurbished just this Dec. so everything is fresh and clean and HGTV looking. They put in free WiFi in all the rooms which is a great convenience.

Or how about the OCCIDENTAL ALL INCLUSIVE on Palm Beach?  The Occidental Grand Aruba all inclusive First Club Platinum Plus with upgrades is meant for adults. It is part of the hotel with a great Casino, wonderful Included Meals and Free Flowing Liquor, small fridge in your room stocked with beer, water, soda, snacks, Las Vegas style entertainment nightly (included) and non-motorized water sports like snorkeling and kayaking all included. The price is from $2950 to $3250 for the week for EVERYTHING for two people (taxes and gratuties too) in a room with an ocean view. You can add on up to another week if you like at $430 a night for two people - pick your dates.

The Marriotts\' Ocean and Surf Club as well as the Occidental in Aruba are all luxury vacations beyond belief. Go to the Marriott website link and check out all the amenities plus the adjacent Marriott Stellaris Resort and Casino, a 7 star hotel and a huge, exciting casino. You have full use of all three sites except for the pools. There is a free concierge on site for you too. The Occidental has a great website also to see the rooms and hotel and all their amenities including a very busy Casino and gorgeous beach. They are in the heart of the high rises.

There are many fantastic restaurants plus movies within walking distance so you don\'t need a car- just take a walk and choose a different place every night. A brand new mall has just opened up . More theaters, shopping and restaurants just a step away. There is a Hertz car rental and an Economy rental on site if you want to go to Baby Beach for the day. I can recommend some great restaurants and activities before you go but you will have a concierge at your disposal too.

Aruba is everything you could ever want and then some. Be active or relax. Go on the gorgeous private beach, snorkel right at the hotel, play volleyball, rent a jet ski, or lay in your own little hut soaking up the rays. It always feels cooler due to a warm breeze all year long so you are never too hot and no humidity. That\'s a great plus for Carribean travel. Perfect weather! And you are out of the Hurricane Belt!!!

Be sure to check out the Mandara Spa at the Marriott. Schedule a couples massage, body wrap or just work out. It\'s fabulous. And just charge it to your room.

And best of all - pricing for restaurants and activities are about the same as in the states - no crazy $$ like in Hawaii or Europe right now so that bottom line stays doable.

NEVER TRAVEL TO ANOTHER COUNTRY WITHOUT INSURANCE. Protect your investment of course but most important is to have the medical insurance in case of an emergency. My husband had emergency surgery in Aruba and air lifting out of Aruba last April and our insurance took care of the arrangements and all the fees.   Go to www.arubatravelinsurance.com to see the rates and don\'t hesitate to speak with a live person - Bryce - as he is very knowledgeable and can help you pick which plan is best for you.

I am a retired reading specialistand & I also supervise student teachers for a university. I love travel and we like to do that a lot. We bought several Marriott time shares and due to the economy we are not using them all right now (we do reserve our right to Aruba twice a year)!! By offering them for rent we are able to pay our maintenance fees and keep them for better times. Also, by owning so many and renting them year after year I have come to know several other owners and I help them rent.
