CHECK - IN: 3 P.M. In order to prepare our facilities for your arrival, we ask that you not plan upon arriving early.

A 10% surcharge is applicable to the Fall - Winter - Spring Rates for the following holidays Columbus Day * Thanksgiving * Christmas * New Years * President\'s Weekend * Easter * Memorial Day
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations are subject to a $ 20.00 booking fee deposit.
REFUNDS ARE BASED UPON TIMELY NOTIFICATION AS FOLLOWS
Summer: Notification before March 1st, deposit will be refunded. Notification after March 1st, deposit will be refunded ONLY if reservation is rebooked.
