This is such a perfect destination for those looking for a quiet retreat set on 2 acres of gardens and lawns. It is a special place for functions or weddings with the added bonus of a real sense of privacy. Simba our friendly black cat has become a real hit with the guests.
We can accommodate groups of up to 8 people in a mix of either self-catering accommodation or full Bed and Breakfast service. These facilities are also ideal for singles, couples and families.
Neil and Liz are a great source of information and local knowledge. They showcase the very best in regional wine, excellent accommodation and wonderful breakfasts thus are fast becoming one of Wanaka’s most distinctive and warmly hospitable destinations. They have a passion for the outdoors and are actively involved in fishing, walking the tracks and trails as well as cycling and 4WD.
Every aspect of Websters on Wanaka Lodge and Apartments is designed around comfort and convenience. The lodge is all on one level, the spacious ensuite rooms with every last detail attended to the interior offers all the comforts for relaxation and pleasure.
The guest ‘Aspiring View’ lounge offers great mountain views over breakfast. An evening meal in front of a cosy fire can be provided by booking in early. The spacious decks and patios provide excellent indoor out flow onto extensive lawns and garden and opportunites to relax in front open fire. The outdoor fire place, BBQ and spa pool is are a great attraction for guests.
Cardrona Room
The Cardrona room is king-sized (or alternatively twin single when required) is a bit of a jewel. It shares the same name with one of our most popular ski fields.
It is hidden away upstairs and is private and spacious with ensuite facilities. It has a stunning balcony with double opening doors to enable indoor outdoor flow to a private secluded deck. It has spectacular views of the lake and mountains.
As with all the rooms it has all the extras one would expect with luxury but also the added bonus of TV in the room. It shares access to the wonderful guest lounge where one can relax in front of a cosy fire and make use of the extensive library or just enjoy a leisurely breakfast in full view of the lake and mountains.
Dublin Bay Room
The Dublin Bay room shares the same name as the popular boating, swimming and picnic bay just 10 mins drive away. The Dublin Bay room is a Queen-size Suite with ensuite bathroom facilities.
The facilities in Dublin Bay also cater well to elderly or those needing wheelchair access in this spacious bathroom with excellent seating and showering facilities.
All our rooms have an excellent luggage rack, lockable safe, iron board and iron, hairdryer, clock radios and TV. Rooms care serviced daily or by arrangement.
Haast Room
The Haast named after the Haast pass just 40 mins drive and an opportunity to explore the legendary west coast
The Haast room provides guest with a luxurious Queen-size room with all the extras you would expect for a luxurious stay.
Our Haast room opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture and veranda cover which can be a shared space with other apartment users when required.
Motatapu Room
The Motatapu room is a Queen Size room with separate private bathroom and toilet facility. This room shares the same name as the well-known valley near Lake Wanaka which is a particularly well known to those who enjoy the outdoors for the annual adventure race held here and open to all levels of fitness.
The Motutapu room’s well-appointed bathroom also has a great shower as well as a large luxurious spa bath for those needing to relax after and active day on the Mountain or out and about on bikes or tracks and trails.
This Queen Size room opens onto a patio with a full vista of the mountains and across to the western shores of Lake Wanaka This room is a perfect Bed and Breakfast choice with access to the large lounge and kitchen area.
Rob Roy Room
The Rob Roy room named after the Rob Roy glacier, a wonderful short walk for those active travellers looking to stretch their legs and take in some of the awe inspiring Mt Aspiring National Park.
The Rob Roy room offers a super king bed which when required can be offered as twin single beds. The twin set up is ideal for adults wanting to share a room or parents on holiday with children.
Again the Rob Roy room has wonderful indoor outdoor flow onto the balcony and all the extras, The Rob Roy room is the largest of our rooms and has a spacious ensuite bathroom.
It has ideal space for the TV and DVD. The room is well positioned to maximise the view of the full spectre of Mountain views and a slice of Lake Wanaka.
