Summer Heights is a peaceful hideaway with spectacular sunrises, amazing night skies and views that seem to go on forever. Our villa is nestled on a hillside, 500' above the ocean, in the midst of a green oasis, on the south coast of Tortola, just a short drive from the beaches, shops and nightlife of the island. Overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel, views stretch all the way from Ginger Island in the east to Coral Bay in St John. On a clear day St Croix is visible over 30 miles to the south.

This beautiful Tortola vacation home is approached up a winding country road through the breezy green hills of the private residential area known as Havers Estate. On arrival, a broad staircase of Mexican coral tile leads through the double entry doors to a sunny enclosed courtyard with an expansive deck of crushed coral tile around a central swimming pool. All accommodations are on this single level deck – apart from the three upper bedrooms.

A roofed poolside area provides a beautiful setting for casual dining, with the adjacent gourmet kitchen and bar immediately at hand. A curved glass brick wall separates the kitchen from the very spacious lounge. Here you find comfortable, overstuffed sofas for lounging in front of the TV, as well as a fully functional Vista computer station with high speed DSL and WiFi - Skype and MagicJack are both set up for worldwide calls.

The western side of the deck has four similar bedroom suites. The two lower suites open onto a semi-shaded deck hung with a double hammock while the upper two suites have private balconies. Each of these suites has a beautiful ocean view and features an impressive teak king bed with deep comfortable mattress, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and flat screen TV with interal DVD. An air conditioned family suite, adjacent to the pool, is available for groups of over ten people.  The lower room, opening from the deck by double sliding screen doors also features a king size teak bed and flat screen TV with integral DVD. In addiiton, the room also has a walk in closet and dressing area and a large bathroom with his and hers vanity units. The bathroom and closet is shared with a twin bedded room above which is accessed by stairs leading directly from the suite.
