For a different experience, to be spent in the atmosphere of ancient Umbria, there is nothing better than staying at the stately residence Palazzo Balducci in Gubbio, a building that dates back to the eighteenth century, and maintains intact the historical features which are considered part of the Italian national heritage.
In a wing of the palace a ground-floor conversion has made two comfortable self-catering apartments, self-contained and perfect for couples and/or a small group of friends or relatives who want to live unique suggestions within the walls of history.
Access to the apartments is through a majestic colonnade and a green garden.
LIMONARA
From a small entrance hall leads to a bright and charming living room with fireplace and beamed ceiling wood beams. An easy staircase leads to a dining room with a modern fully equipped kitchenette (4 hotplates, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc.). A staircase leads to the charming loft and then to the sleeping area, equipped with a double bed, TV, dresser, closet, and dresser.
The house is divided into three distinct areas: the living room illuminated by a large arched window and two comfortable armchairs bed that turn into comfortable beds, the sleeping area with twin beds and matching the part dedicated to the toilet for a total of 70 square meters. The large windows overlook the lush garden and clear horizons on the hills of Umbria.

In case of booking less than one week the customer must pay also a supplement of:
- 20 € for final cleaning
- 30 € in winter, from October to March, for heating the booked apartment for the two days prior to arrival
