In a wing of the palace a ground-floor conversion has made two comfortable self-catering apartments, self-contained and perfect for couples and/or a small group of friends or relatives who want to live unique suggestions within the walls of history.
Access to the apartments is through a majestic colonnade and a green garden.

From the stately colonnade entrance of the Palazzo Balducci leads to a bright and charming living room furnished: with dining table and matching chairs with comfortable double bed that disappears when locked allows you to take advantage of the comfortable sofa, a TV and free Wi-Fi connection .
The living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc..) And bathroom with shower and bidet.
Everything was wonderfully converted from a floor area of 35 square meters.
