A security deposit of $1000.00 is secured by your credit card and is not charged unless there is damage to the premises.
Summer dates in July and August are Saturday to Saturday unless arranged separately.
All week rates have one night free except for the July 4th week and Christmas to New Years which is $2400.00, all other week minimums have 1 night free or $1950.00 per week.
A deposit of $700 is required initially, secured by credit/debit card or check. A single page contract is provided at that time. The entire amount is due 30 days prior to arrival and all fees become non-refundable at that time.
