Kitchen,living and dining area space. King bed in one bedroom, double bed in second bedroom. Tile bathroom with shower.Washing area with washer/dryer(detergent provided).Big front porch with swing and comfy seats,swing,light and desk for nighttime studying or simply seeing the sunset.Cable TV for late night films,and tons of books to read.(Please leave books behind!) Films and DVDs also. Web access designed for keeping up with pals or browsing the internet.Extra outdoor shower(hot and cold-water!) for washing-off the sand.
May see the dunes and ocean from our place! And also the seashore is almost your own! Easy beach access. We'refar away from the sound and crowds of Panama City Beach,but close enough whenever you're in the feeling to blend together with the crowds.Therefore, drive up the street for songs and excellent seafood, or stay home and listen to the surf or take a starlit walk on the beach.
Get away from the quick lane of town, and love our peaceful beach house. And please remember this is our summer home, and we like to share it.So please treat it as your own and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
No-smoking except on the front porch, and come with parent or older adult if under 23 years old.
We are a family with 2 grown daughters that used to and still love to visit the beach. As we are also real estate investors, we saw Panama City Beach as a lovely place to buy real estate and visit the beach with our girls, and also share our places with other guests. Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Reservation forms are provided for guests to return with a deposit and copy of one renter's driver's license. Payment can be made with a personal check or credit card. Deposit fully refundable given no cancellations and departure requirements are met.
Guests must be at least 23 years old unless accompanied by an older adult. Pets allowed with a pet fee.
Fall and winter rates, $90/night, weekly rate, $600. Spring rates, $100/night, weekly rate, $650. Summer rates, $125/night, weekly rate, $800. Prices do not include taxes.
Dogs o.k. with a pet fee. (Small dogs (under 40 pounds) $50. Large dogs (over 40 pounds) $75 . Cleaning fee of $100 required at reservation.
$300 deposit required. $600 deposit for monthly rentals.
