This largest apartment in the palazzo is called Assisi because of the wonderful view over the valley toward the town of Assisi. The spacious main room, with Mission style furnishings, has a comfortable living room (with leather sofa) and an open dinning area (with a table that seats 6). The galley kitchen has a marble counter top, cooktop, oven, large fridge, and everything you need to to prepare meals. There are two bedrooms, each furnished with local antiques. One with a queen size bed and the other (with a skylight) has the flexibility of having a king or twin beds. The comfortable bathroom, with a stone walls and an antique tiled floor, has a tub and shower hook up. Also, there is a balcony off the apartment for your enjoyment.
One bedroom also available. Additional apartments and B&B rooms available to accommodate up to 14 guests.
Sometimes you find a project that changes your life completely. Restoring this palazzo did just that for me. After 3 years of restoration, the palazzo is filled with life and functioning as something more than just a B&B. Living in the small town of Bettona has also been a revelation for me. We've been welcomed into a community of warm and friendly people where there is always something to do. The dogs and I couldn't be happier sharing our piece of Italy with you.
