  • All bed linens, pillows and towels are provided, with towel exchanging  (Cottage Towels cannot be taken outside to the pool, onto the grounds, or used at the beach

  • You cannot cook Lobster or Mussels inside the cottage, please use the outside cooker available at the office.
  • Bikes cannot be taken inside the cottage but you can safely store them on your own private deck
  • Complimentary Daily Beach Passes for the Whole Family (save $22 per day)
  • NON-SMOKING Inside - an ash tray is provided for smoking outside on the deck
  • Air Conditioning
  • Wireless Internet Connectionn available in the cottage
  • No Pets Allowed
  • No Off Site Visitors after 10pm or before 10am

(Arrangements can be made with us for you to be able to pick up your Family package passes anytime after 11:00am with prior notice)

Promotional Offer: promotion for Sept and June where you don't pay the TAX for some stays - inquire for details.
