3 bedroom holiday home by the beach and only a 5 minute drive from McLaren Vale

3 bedroom house that includes 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 sets of bunks and 2 trundles. The bathroom has a spa bath, shower and toilet and there is an additional toilet and outside shower - great for those days spent on the beach. Our house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with a washing machine. The house is suitable for couples, families and small groups although we do not rent out as a party venue. There is no smoking inside but smoking is allowed outside. The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge room. Free WiFi

Weekly rate from $1,050 2 adults 2 children to $1,750 6 adults 4 children except Xmas and Easter.

Notes: Security Bond Required.
Bond of $300 required as we are not on site. We are accredited with the South Australian Tourist Bureau. Bond is refunded next business day after vacating after checking of house and return of keys. Standard Rate is for 2 adults. Additional $30pnpa/$15pnpc. Price negotiable for stays longer than 10 days. Negotiated rate available for combined off peak and peak periods.
