Description


Full equipped kitchen and a dinning table that sits about 6 people, plus there are a number of restaurants near the villa. Some will do catering and/or are able for carry-out.

There is plenty to do with your kids. The community is very kid friendly and many of our neighbors have kids. There is a kids pool and a playground.

Guest access

Guests can access the whole house, and complex facilities, and the beach which is at walking distance right across the street from the villa.

Interaction with guests

We are accessible 24/7 by phone, we won't be at the house because we like to give our guests all the privacy.

Getting around

Although there are restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance we highly recommend to rent a car, since the public transportation will cost you more and you will be freely to go sight seen and tourist around the island.

Other things to note

It is a gated complex with only 18 townhouses villas, right across the street from the beach.

Please be advise that a fee for Damage Deposit of $300 will be charge by the owner and refunded if everything is okay up to 5 days after you leave.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you're charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Airbnb within 24 hours of check-in.
Airbnb will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Airbnb for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

Nice!


Blue Nest (the home) is nice and clean; and the backyard area is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is literally 5 footsteps away... It\'s the perfect getaway spot for family and/or friends.

The house was clean and the Hosts were awesome! Raphael and Theresa were very sweet and answered every question I had. Truly had a great time staying here. I would however add that the ocean outside of the house was not good for swimming, it was too choppy, but the pool more than made up for that. Also there were plenty of great beaches within driving distance. Overall it was an incredible experience and I highly recommend staying here as long as you have your own transportation! The town was cool, and the little supermarket quickly became a favorite for breakfast! Thank you again Tere, Theresa, and Raphael!

The house was beautiful quite a distance from San Juan. But overall had an amazing time.
