We have a variety of villas and property types to meet your different needs: Beach front, Ocean front, Superior Tropical Garden and Garden villas.

Each villa has its own distinctive architecture, whether it is traditional Caribbean, or one with a Modern Colonial flare. The gardens, pools, floor plans and furniture are unique to each property. Sea Horse Ranch has a just under 120 built homes over a span of 250 acres so it is very low density. Just 18 are in the Rental Pool (changes once in a while).

Sizes of villas range from 3 to 5 bedrooms and from 250 m² (2700 ft²) to 850 m² (9150 ft²) They feature open terraces, in- and out-door, breeze-swept living and dining areas which are designed to give you a superior outdoor, tropical living experience.

All villas have private pools, full time maids, concierge services, and of course the security of the resort and access to all amenities. Chefs, nannies and massage therapists available for in-house services. Our concierge service is available 7 days a week for both villa services and excursions.

Villas are on streets with a cul–de–sac. This road plan keeps traffic past your villa to a minimum and therefore helps to maintain a naturally peaceful vacation experience.
